Caesar is one of the main characters in Dragon Raja, as well as a recruitable 6-Star Ally.
Biography[]
The inheritor of a famous noble family in Italy, The Gattuso Mansion. The President of Cassell College's Student Union. His talent rating is A and he is a noble gentleman that shines like a Prince. He is meant to be a leader.He loves vintage wine and more.The owner of No. 59 Ex·Wind Devil, after the bloodshed, his extra skill will become No. 71 Blood Scythe. He owns Dark Hunting Knife-Dictator and he always carries two Desert Eagle.
He is so careless that he barely puts any efforts into tests and essay. His grade is bad but his talent ability is great. So, his overall ability rating is the second in the Undergraduate Office.
He loves everything a noble gentle man loves and he can speak six languages. Although he considers Johann Chu as his nemesis, there is no grudge. They are just always competing and they just do not get along with each other.
The only problem is that the family focused on cultivating him to become an emperor, so he is a bit emo kid sometimes.

Sakura and Blade[]
The first day of may business trip to Japan with <player name>, Johann Chu and Luminous. First we met the Hydras chiefs, among which Chisei Gen, young master of the Gen and head of the Execution Bureauof the College´s Japan Division, has inherited the royal blood of the Hydras. Around the same age with me, he was quite low key but I could feel his concealed shines. Another one that impressed me a lot was Erii Uesegi, chief of the Uesegi. Her red hair reminded me of a witch in our College but the innocence and purity in her eyes was nothing like the witch´s. Despite her lovely, docile appearance,Erii Uesegi ran away from home. After that incident, Chisei Gen took us ti Chizuru just outside Japan to experience an autehntic Japanese small town. The long path under cherry blossoms in Chizuru was gorgeous but the beautiful scenery couldn´t stop Hooligans from doing evil. A woman named Makoto Asou was theratened by some hooligans to pay protection fee for her stall- Someone wanted to get physical with a lady in front of me? If this happened, my honor would vanish. After teaching those hoodlums a lesson, we ended our first day at the beach in Chizuru. It was a busy day but nothing was beyond my expectationsfor this mission. If I have to name something that has amazed me, it would be <player name>´s battle performance. I didn´t get this freshman´s complete profile from EVA before. But his strenght and moral quality seem good enough to make him the Gattuso´s friend. Besides completing the College´s mission, I think I´ve set another goal for this Japanese trip. I´ll convince <player name> to join the Student Union an become Cesare Gattuso´s man.
Another S Grade?[]
A "day" is only the name people use to describe the rotation the earth makes in 24 hours, but the arrival of a new day is indeed a good reason for excitement, not to mention the arrival of a new semester. There are so many freshman in the Student Union these days. But the most eye-catching of this fresh batch of new students is the other S grade just behind Luminous, <player name>. Perhaps not top-notch at the moment, but as EVA predicted, <player name> will be among the best. For this kind of person, I´ll never forgive nyself, if I don´t take him under my wing. The other thing in my mind lately ismy Chinese study... When I first came to Cassek, my clan arranged for me to study Chinese with an old Chinese professor who recently retired from the language departement, but the guy is really old and Chinese is a living language. If I want to make it my weapon, I have to keep up with the pace of its change. In short, I´won´t let Johann Chu mock my Chinese level anymore. I swear in Caesar´s name, I will learn to speak more like Chinese born!
Red light, Green Bottles[]
Tokyo is a strange city. Walking in alace like Nihonbashi, all I saw were the same black suits and working people. Even the haircuts were the same. But in Akihabara, it was straight out of an anime. Everyone was dressed differently, except for those otakus in plaid shirts and headbands. They´re obviously in the same city and the same time. They´re not even that far apart, but truly like two different world coexisting peacefully. Luminous loses himself in Akihabara. Jahann Chu was so interested in second-hand bookstore. That S Grade freshman... was staring and cheering a female idol. He´d get along great with Luminous. I guess that´s what S Grades have in Common? I´m not suchan otaku, but the Fantasy Star figurines and boxed sets I saw here made me pretty happy. Childhood... is great!
